I (Lisa) have learned this song many times in several music lessons. I know that sounds funny but it' definitely true - in the Highschool two times minimum and another time in my Music School lessons. I consider this song very beautiful and I'm a real Santana-Fan! My family and I had visited his concert in May 2006 at the Viennese City Hall (where he unfortunately did not play Samba Pa Ti).
At our concert Mona accompanied me on the rhythm-guitar, my Dad and
Michaela played the percussions. For me this song was a valuable
experience to play a long solo along a Samba rhythm. And I had lots
of fun with it!
