Our Dad very often sang this song One in the car, but in a little different way, as we realized while practicing with the original playback. As we all liked this song we decided to take it up in our repertory.
Without knowing that, our guitar teacher Erwin one day came in with the sheet notes and taught us the song. We showed it our Dad, and from this moment on it was clear that we would play the song for sure ...
Till shortly before our concert we improved the voices.
Originally our Dad sang alone, at
our aunt's birthday
party our uncle Herbert sang a second voice, and for our
concerts we
wanted to do it in four parts. We had it already worked out, but
then we found it too overloaded yet. Thus we have reduced it to a
three part choir as a background. We hope that you like it.
